Russell Warfield

I am the head of communications, working across all our campaigns to ensure we’re reaching as many people as possible with our work and inspiring those people to take action. I take a coordinating role in the team, making sure we’re always looking forward and planning ahead across press, social media and direct communication with our supporters to ensure our communications have the biggest possible impact.

Before working for Possible, I spent five years in the communications team at the Green Party of England and Wales, including a period of time as the London communications manager during the 2021 London elections. Prior to that, I worked for the National Union of Students as the communications coordinator for their sustainability department, empowering students to take positive action for sustainability during their time in education.

Outside of work, I like reading, finding new places to explore with my two year old son, and I’m currently playing all of the Zelda games in chronological order which is taking me far longer than I expected.
