We’re so excited that once again, we’ve been invited to take part in the Big Give’s Earth Raise campaign - and we want it to be our biggest fundraiser yet.

Every penny that we raise in public donations between midday Wednesday 22nd April and midday Wednesday 29th April will be doubled by generous funders!* If you give £5, we’ll get £10, £25 will give us £50, £50 will give us £100 - you get the idea.

Everything that's raised this week will help us get closer to our vision of a zero carbon Britain, built by and for the people of the UK.

This is a huge opportunity to raise funds for positive action on the climate crisis. Are you with us?

Last time round we raised an astonishing £60,000 for climate action. This time, we want to go even bigger. Your donation could help us:

✅ Challenge polluting projects head-on – from new roads to airport expansions, we’re pushing back on climate-wrecking schemes and making space for greener, fairer alternatives.

✅ Turn bold ideas into policy change – we don’t just talk about what’s possible, we build it. Your support helps us shape climate policies that work for everyone – not just the wealthy few.

✅ Bring climate action to your doorstep – from Fixing Factories to slow travel, your donation helps us run community workshops and hands-on projects that make a zero-carbon future real, relatable and rooted in everyday life.

And that’s just a taste of what we could achieve.

Three ways to make the most of the Big Give.

2. Organise a fundraiser

The more you can donate between midday Wednesday 22nd April and midday Wednesday 29th April, the more the match funders will donate too. So why not increase your donation by asking your friends, family and colleagues to chip in. Bake sales, clothes swaps, quizzes and film nights are just some of the ways you can bring people together and inspire positive action on the climate crisis while raising some extra money during the Big Give week. 3. Spread the word

We’ve made template text and social media links that will make it easy for you, as someone who supports our work, to help us make the most of the Big Give’s Earth Raise this year. If you can, please do take a minute to personalise the message by mentioning what you love most about Possible. This will make your message more personal and persuasive to your friends and family. You can see a few examples below.

[see suggestions below]).

    Anyway, as part of this week’s fundraiser, generous funders at The Big Give have agreed to match any donations Possible receive between 22nd April - 29th April!

    So if someone donates a fiver Possible gets a tenner, if someone donates fifty quid, they get a hundred, and if someone donates one hundred, that’s £200 in the pot for Possible’s work in 2025.

    I thought you’d want to know about this - we’re all trying to do our bit for the climate, and if you’re in a position to donate to climate action this year, this is the time to do it, as you’ll have double the impact.

Possible are quick to react when airlines, the government, or companies are misleading customers, and are proactive in putting the facts out so that we can all make informed decisions.

We understand that if we’re going to build a cleaner, fairer, UK, we need to involve everyone - and we’re doing the work to break down barriers to the climate movement and engage those communities who are underrepresented.

Make your donation go twice as far

*Match funders have agreed to give a maximum of £30,000. In order to receive this £30,000 we need to raise the same amount by public donations during the Big Give week (22nd-29th April). Any donations made above that threshold will not be matched - but they will still go straight to us, and will help bring us closer to a zero carbon Britain.
