Elise St. Palmer

As head of operations and people at Possible, I take the lead on anything operational, with a bird’s eye view over all of our activities and infrastructure, from staff wellbeing and recruitment to policies, processes and project support. The other part of my job is leading on all things people, such as HR, values and culture and our anti-oppression work.

Outside of work I love being outside, exploring and trying new things!
