Possible is a registered charity and thus we do not support or oppose any political party, elected representative, or candidate, and we do not engage in party-political campaigning.

In May 2026, Hirra Khan Adeogun, Co-Director of Possible, stood as an electoral candidate in Tower Hamlets for the Green Party in a personal capacity. Her candidacy was entirely separate from her role at Possible. It was undertaken without the use of Possible’s resources, staff time, premises, mailing lists, branding, or funding. Hirra Khan Adeogun’s political views and campaign activities are her own and do not represent the views of Possible, its trustees, staff, volunteers, or partners.

The Board of Trustees has reviewed this matter and is satisfied that appropriate safeguards were - and continue to be - in place to ensure full compliance with Charity Commission guidance on political activity and campaigning. We remain committed to operating strictly within our charitable objectives and maintaining our independence and neutrality at all times.

Possible’s policy positions align solely with our charitable purposes. They are not aligned with, nor intended to advance, the interests of any political party.
